Your Tasks

  • Liaison role between countries and central teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Assistance in the operational steering of the global agency, providing necessary support for smooth operations and alignment with global goals
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Analytics, MarTech) and strategic partners such as Google and Meta for leveraging expertise and resources
  • Streamlining and standardizing of processes and tools for the creation of scalable and efficient workflows across multiple markets
  • Cultivation of a culture of learning through the organization of interactive expert roundtables and workshops for promoting knowledge-sharing, empowering digital marketing teams and driving innovation

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies (economics, marketing, business informatics, or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in performance marketing in e-commerce, with an in-depth expertise in Search/Shopping/PMax ads
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with international teams and manage stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the user journey in data-driven marketing and how channels like social media, price comparison, Display, and Video ads influence customer decisions
  • Ability to think analytically, interpret complex data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance
  • Experience with tools like Google Marketing Platform, feed management and optimization, DCO, CDP is a big plus

About Us

International Media is a central team within the MMS Group with responsibility for all paid media activities across all countries. The task includes the steering and support of all 11 countries in which MMS is represented. The aim is to maximise the efficiency of the budget and drive data-driven innovation. To this end, an international, consistent strategy is pursued in cooperation with a global media agency.
