Your Tasks
- Support of the Business Product Management team in the development and optimization of StoreAds products (e.g., Display Ads, Video Ads, InstoreRadio, Retail Media solutions)
- Support of the inventory mapping and documentation of existing advertising placements within the new ad server solution
- Assist in the conceptualization of the existing advertising formats and product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance data
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities in the Retail Media and advertising landscape
- Preparing business cases, presentations, and decision-making documents for internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Tech, Data, and Marketing to support the successful implementation of product initiatives
- Contributing to product testing, A/B experiments, and the evaluation of pilot projects
- Creating performance reports and analyses to derive actionable recommendations for product strategy
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Media Management, or a related field
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on responsibilities without constant supervision
- Identifying and documenting technical conditions for the adserver transition
- Aligning with tech teams and create sellable ad inventory with the adserver solution
- Analytical thinking and ability to transfer the gained information to reality
- Strong interest in digital business models, advertising technologies, and retail media
- Analytical mindset and a high affinity for numbers – ideally with first experience in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
- Organized and self-driven working style with strong communication skills
- Team player (m/f/d) with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working across departments
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
