Your Tasks
- Preparation and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles across markets
- Documentation of use cases, process flows, release notes, and training materials
- Tracking of user input, pain points, and post-go-live improvements
- Support in bug tracking, test data preparation, and QA coordination
- Management of user onboarding/offboarding and access rights (where applicable)
- Maintenance of platform documentation and Confluence spaces
- Coordination with Business Product Owner and Tech Analyst regarding rollout readiness and regression testing
- Explanation of technical logic to business users (with team support)
- Support of change management activities, including collection of adoption feedback, demo scheduling, and follow-up with key users
- Provision of troubleshooting support and triage of basic issues to configuration/IT teams
Your Profile
- Current enrollment as a student (m/f/d)
- Structured and organized approach with confidence in cross-team process management
- Experience in UAT documentation and writing
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planner, and Excel
- Ability to test CRM features from a user perspective and definition of expected outcomes
- Strong attention to detail in workflow and change documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with users, testers, and administrators
- Curiosity and proactivity, with eagerness to understand platform logic and user needs
- Fluency in English
