Your Tasks

  • Driving of strategic initiatives: Leadership and execution of key strategic loyalty initiatives and projects with the objective of enhancing overall loyalty program performance
  • Program enhancement: Establishment, management, and optimization of features, benefits, customer journeys, and services within the loyalty program in alignment with business objectives
  • KPI monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of loyalty KPIs, proactive identification of improvement areas, and implementation of corrective measures to ensure achievement of program targets
  • Continuous optimization: Ongoing evaluation and optimization of the loyalty program to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Market insight: Continuous monitoring of retail and loyalty trends, data analysis, and anticipation of shopping and visitation patterns to support the strategic evolution of the program

Your Profile

  • First experience in loyalty programs, loyalty Marketing campaigns, or a related field
  • Ideally a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or market / consumer research
  • Very good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially Power Point
  • Fluent in both English and German is a must
  • Proactive approach to work
