Your Tasks

  • Platform Product Ownership: Dedicated product ownership for the Salesforce ADvendio environment, including full ownership of the product roadmap, management of the development backlog, and rigorous prioritization of feature requests from national and international stakeholders for maximum business value
  • Lead & Execute (Player-Coach (m/f/d)): Functional leadership and mentoring of a dedicated team of 2 Salesforce professionals, combined with active involvement in complex configurations, system administration, and technical troubleshooting
  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Translation of complex commercial requirements from the International Operations team into clear user stories and seamless technical workflows, including independent configuration of new ad products, pricing models, and operational blueprints within Salesforce ADvendio
  • Ownership of the Tech Ecosystem: Continuous monitoring, optimization, and management of critical interfaces between Salesforce and the wider digital landscape (e.g. AdServers and BI tools) to ensure flawless data flow and accurate revenue tracking
  • Go-Live & Operations Accountability: End‑to‑end management of the transition from “Project Mode” to “Business as Usual,” with full responsibility for system stability during the OMS and CRM Go-Live phase and for reliable long-term operational performance
  • Matrix Enablement: Strategic and operational central role for all national and international Partner Marketing users, including empowerment of the team in license management and resolution of daily technical issues, as well as personal handling of complex system escalations to minimize downtime
  • Data & Integrity Safeguarding: Secure testing and deployment of system updates and vendor patches, combined with regular data audits to guarantee a clean, accurate, and fully reliable CRM and OMS basis for financial reporting

Your Profile

  • Experience: Several years of deep technical expertise in Salesforce (Administration, Architecture, or Development), ideally with strong exposure to ADvendio, AdTech, or digital media Order Management Systems
  • Product Owner Mindset: Proven track record for a complex CRM or OMS platform, including professional backlog management, user story creation, balancing of technical debt and new feature requests, and active steering of stakeholder expectations
  • Hands-On Leadership: Documented experience in functional leadership and development of a small team (2+ direct reports) combined with a pronounced willingness for intensive involvement in daily system configuration and problem-solving
  • “Builder” Mindset: Strong strategic architectural mindset with high implementation orientation and a deep understanding of the impact of system infrastructure on commercial growth, speed-to-market, and user experience
  • Systems Integration Expertise: Proven success in optimization of complex API interfaces and data flows between CRM, OMS, and AdServer ecosystems
  • Matrix Navigation: Exceptional capability in translation of complex technical contexts into clear, actionable business language for cross-functional stakeholders, Operations Leads, and senior management in all countries
  • Problem-Solving Competence: High analytical strength and pronounced pragmatism, coupled with high performance in dynamic environments and excellence in the stabilization of large-scale implementations into robust daily operations
  • Communication: Fluency in English
