Your Tasks
- Post-Sales Transformation & Enablement
- Contribute to the transformation of our Client Success & Operations department into a strategic post-sales vertical that serves as a central backbone, shifting local market execution from reactive support to proactive commercial growth
- Horizontal Enablement (Unlocking the Function)
- Provision of a central toolset (reports, playbooks, structures, and shared processes) to local country teams to enable proactive account growth
- Establishment of best practices and facilitation of alignment between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams across all markets
- Consulting support for local markets in understanding and implementing modern Client Success functions
- Driving Partner Value (Proving ROI)
- Global harmonization of service standards across the entire portfolio (Retail Media, Paid Media, Offsite, Newsletter) to ensure consistent, high-quality value delivery to all partners regardless of the specific sales deal
- Enablement of local teams through the provision of data-driven insights from campaign performance to support clear ROI demonstration to brand partners
- Commercial Steering (Upsell & Cross-Sell at the Center)
- Provision of measurement and tracking tools/dashboards to ensure transparency of global post-sales performance
- Identification, signaling, and communication of upsell and cross-sell opportunities derived from post-sales data, with systematic feedback into the Pre-Sales/Sales cycle
- Tracking and measurement of core global KPIs, including upsell rates, cross-sell rates, retention, and churn
Your Profile
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in Strategic Client Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or B2B Consulting within the fields of Retail Media, AdTech, or Digital Marketing
- The “Enabler” Mindset: Demonstration of a strategic mindset characterized by the enablement of local teams, with success measured through their performance; strong capability in framework development rather than purely task-based execution
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the interconnection between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales functions, including the ability to identify upsell opportunities within performance reporting and to design processes to systematically capture them
- Data & Systems: High level of comfort in working with performance data, including the development of dashboards and the creation of standardized reporting toolsets
- Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to align cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, and local country teams) within a matrix organization without direct authority
- Communication: Fluency in English (German not required), combined with strong presentation skills and the ability to act as a persuasive consultant to local leadership
