Your Tasks

  • Drive the transformation of Client Success & Operations into a strategic post-sales function that enables proactive commercial growth across markets
  • Design and standardize efficient end-to-end post-sales processes for 150+ Retail Media and Partner Marketing products, from booking to billing
  • Create and roll out scalable playbooks, SOPs, reports, dashboards, and shared tools for local country teams
  • Harmonize service standards across the portfolio to ensure consistent, high-quality partner value delivery
  • Use campaign and performance data to enable ROI reporting, track key post-sales KPIs, and increase transparency on global performance
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and translate findings into scalable process and commercial improvements
  • Integrate and optimize workflows across core systems such as Salesforce/ADvendio, Jira and Huskyplanner
  • Train, onboard, and enable local teams to adopt new processes, tools and global standards
  • Act as the central bridge between local markets and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations and Client Succes

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in Client Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Digital Advertising Operations, Retail Media Operations, Process Management, or a similar role
  • Strong strategic and process-driven mindset with the ability to combine operational excellence and commercial thinking
  • Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or related environments is a strong plus
  • Confident in working with data, dashboards, reporting structures, and operational systems such as Jira, Salesforce/ADvendio, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve complex workflows in international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams across markets without direct authority
  • Fluent in English
