- Ownership for Experimentation & Measurement (A/B Testing) in Customer & Direct Marketing Campaign Analytics
- Acting as SME and knowledge hub for testing methodology
- Standardization of test setups, metrics, and significance calculations
- Design and implementation of a reusable testing framework in the reporting backend
- Enablement of automated, scalable test evaluation for current and future reporting
- Ownership of long-term control group reporting, including concept development, reporting, and dashboard ownership
- Standardization of ad-hoc analysis frameworks and provision of stakeholder support
- Lead Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Planning
- Serving as methodology lead and strategic sparring partner for predictive analytics
- Development of models for KPI forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Integration of forecasting models into the existing technology stack
- Co-Development of Backend Data Architecture
- Building and maintenance of an internal data mart based on CCDM
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Data Analytics, ETL development, SQL-based data modelling and reporting
- Strong statistical and experimental background, including hypothesis testing, uncertainty estimation, and simulations, suited for A/B testing, experimentation, and significance-based decision-making
- Design and maintenance of reporting data models and dashboards (e.g. Tableau) for performance tracking, control group analysis, trend monitoring, and scenario evaluation
- Application of ad-hoc analysis frameworks and translation of complex analytical questions into reproducible approaches
- Deep understanding of the full data lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation through data modelling and documentation to reporting and decision support, enabling co-development of internal data marts and backend architectures
- End-to-end ownership of data pipelines, including monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization, enabling automated and scalable evaluation frameworks in the reporting backend
- Definition, harmonization, and documentation of KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and taxonomies as a basis for standardized test setups, metric definitions, and significance calculations
- Collaborative working style with ownership of analytical frameworks and reporting concepts
- Fluency in English
