Your Tasks

• Independent assumption of the Business Owner role in projects focusing on Google Display Ads, for the implementation of the Retail Media Onsite advertising media concept and the associated expansion of the product portfolio
• Taking on the role of Product Manager for the definition and implementation of a holistic, international solution related to Retail Media Onsite (focus on Google Display Ads) as well as the development of a product concept for personalized CRM-mailings
• Cross-divisional collaboration within MMS Holding, in particular eCommerce, User Experience, Tech, Legal, Sales, to ensure the realization and rollout in our eleven national companies for Retail Media related products
• Identifying and prioritizing Retail Media projects based on business value and customer/market requirement
• Specification of requirements (requirement engineering) in close coordination with the tech departments and business stakeholders
• Implementation of complex projects incl. stakeholder management & risk management as well as tracking of project progress and achievement of product rollout targets

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management / product management and in-depth knowledge of eCommerce, digital advertising / digital products
• Very good understanding of digital advertising and the associated market trends
• Experience in agile project management methods (e.g. Kanban, SCRUM, Lean) as well as classic project management (waterfall)
• Constructive, solution- and implementation-oriented way of working with a clear customer focus as well as good cooperation, communication and teamwork skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German preferable
