Your Tasks
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ FTEs, including Salesforce Experts, Project Managers, Data & Analytics Specialists, and Working Students.
- Infrastructure Ownership: Serve as the strategic owner of our core Retail Media systems, primarily Salesforce ADvendio. Ensure the system scales effectively to support commercial growth and standardizes the "One Way of Working" across all 11 international markets.
- Automation & Tooling: Continuously evaluate the operational workflows of the Client Success & Operations teams. Identify bottlenecks and source, implement, and integrate new tech solutions to automate daily execution and campaign handling.
- Project Supervision: Oversee and steer all operational projects. Ensure that project delivery aligns with the broader strategic goal of transitioning post-sales from an execution-heavy unit to a commercial steering vertical.
- Data & Analytics Strategy: Supervise the analytics output, ensuring the Data & Analytics specialist provides actionable insights that empower the International Client Success team to drive retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities for Sales.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between IT/Infrastructure, Sales, and International Post-Sales teams.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior management role within Operations, RevOps, AdTech, or Retail Media.
- Deep understanding of CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS) infrastructure; hands-on experience or strong architectural knowledge of Salesforce (ADvendio experience is a major plus).
- Strong background in project management and process automation.
- Highly analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive change across multiple international markets.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
