Your Tasks
- Great organizational skills to track tasks and agile delivery for a team of 8-12 FTE on a constant basis
- Great communication skills to synthesize team status and address potential resource conflicts / prioritization needs with business stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills to act as a trusted partner for all work-related topics of the direct reports
- Proactive mindset – consider yourself as a partner to the business stakeholder, not a “taker of requirements
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable education
- Preferrably hands-on experience in SQL, analytics scripting languages (Python, R) and visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) to guide and coach the team and better estimate workloads
- Experience in disciplinary leadership of analytics /BI teams
- Background in private customer-facing industries highly desirable, either by education (e.g., business administration) or practical experience
