  • Transformation of Data into Strategy – Creation of compelling narratives from complex datasets to support marketing leaders and influence business decisions
  • Bridging Technical and Business Worlds – Clear communication of insights to diverse stakeholders to make complex data accessible and actionable
  • Driving Advanced Analytics – Design and implementation of sophisticated analyses, including A/B testing, uplift measurement, and regression modeling
  • Thinking Beyond the Numbers – Proactive identification of opportunities where data can solve business challenges and validate new ideas
  • Pioneering Data Innovation – Exploration of unconventional data sources and approaches to create new business value
     

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in a relevant analytical field
  • Several years of proven experience in advanced data analysis, ideally in digital marketing or retail media
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with cloud data warehouses 
  • Python programming skills for statistical analysis and data manipulation
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Experience with statistical libraries in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) for regression modeling and uplift measurement
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex findings in simple, compelling ways
  • A curious mindset that constantly seeks better ways to extract value from data
  • Business fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Experience in customer-facing, collaborative environments
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques (A/B testing, predictive modeling)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Genuine passion for improving business outcomes through data
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Looker/LookML

The new Data Analyst (m/f/d) specializing in digital marketing and retail media will be the storyteller (m/f/d) who brings data to life and will collaborate across international teams to uncover insights that drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experiences.
