Your Tasks

• Maintain up-to-date portfolio records of Data & AI initiatives, covering data products, dashboards, ML models, and GenAI use cases 
• Support transparency and reporting for regulatory compliance and internal governance needs 
• Assist in funnelling new ideas to the correct execution domains, ensuring proper documentation and feasibility checks  
• Contribute to the application of prioritisation logic by gathering relevant business value, readiness, and feasibility data 
• Support preparation of portfolio review materials for decision-making forums 
• Collect and maintain KPI data for all initiatives, including adoption, automation impact, and cost savings 
• Assist in analysing and communicating value delivery against business expectations 
• Help maintain the standardised use case framework and ensure business units and delivery teams apply it consistently 
• Support documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts across teams 

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, portfolio management support, or value tracking roles 
• Strong data handling and reporting skills; ability to interpret and communicate metrics 
• Experience in technology-driven environments, ideally within data, analytics, or AI contexts  
• Basic understanding of data products, analytics solutions, and AI/ML development 
• Familiarity with governance and compliance considerations is an advantage 
• Knowledge of retail or other customer-centric industries is a plus 
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills 
• Proactive and eager to learn 
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
