  • End-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal
  • Definition of post-purchase and always-on campaigns
  • Ownership of onboarding communication and feature education
  • Development of cross- and upsell logic during contract life
  • Coordination of implementation with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams
  • Alignment of lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, CRM, Digital Business, or similar
  • Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement
  • Translation of journeys into campaigns and communications
  • Strong understanding of in-life value creation
  • Strength in lifecycle and engagement management
  • Solid understanding of campaign and communication logic
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Stakeholder management across markets and functions
  • Structured, pragmatic execution

About Us

The Services & Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolios. They lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allows customers to make the most out of their technology. This role builds and owns the lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal and drives engagement, information, Service communication, and cross-/upsell during contract life.
