Your Tasks
- Shape the future: Work with senior management on the new portfolio processes, tools, and the agile transformation
- Impact the tech roadmap: Manage demand and priorities in a dynamic retail environment in collaboration with global stakeholders
- Improve collaboration: Enable efficient decision-making on new requests and effectively communicate priorities or changes
- Provide administrative support: Coordinate activities and meetings, develop KPIs and reporting, identify risks
- Challenge the status quo: Contribute to continuous process improvement to increase agility and efficiency
Your Profile
- Experience in project/portfolio management, and/or software development, preferably within the retail industry and/or within an agile organisation
- Experience in facilitating meetings, communities, and collaborative decision-making processes
- “One-team mindset” with excellent communication skills and methodologies
- Strong customer focus, always seeking and acting on customer feedback
- Ownership, actively looking for solutions coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- fluent English, German is a plus
