Your Tasks
- Develop procurement strategies for certain categories in the area of Facility, Office & Store Demand
- Develop and execute project plans for indirect procurement initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, sustainability, tax and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project implementation
- Collaborate with suppliers to understand project requirements, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure successful contract execution
- Identify potential risks associated with procurement projects, market trends and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
- Ensure that procurement processes adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Procure within project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work to achieve financial goals
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, specifically in indirect spend categories
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d), preferably in indirect procurement
- Experience in project management tools and software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills as well as effective communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
- Negotiation skills in English and German
