Your Tasks

• Taking ownership of the technical connection of suppliers to our EDI system (Supplier Connectivity HUB).
• Analyzing, specifying, and implementing requirements in the area of electronic data exchange.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external partners to design efficient processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identifying and resolving errors or issues in EDI data exchange to ensure seamless operations.
• Documenting and continuously improving processes.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of EDI standards and processes (e.g., EDIFACT, XML).
• Experience working with suppliers and external partners.
• Excellent German language skills are essential, as communication with suppliers and internal teams will form a significant part of your daily tasks.
• Good English skills, as you will be working in an international environment.
• Analytical thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working.

About Us

In the "Supplier Connectivity HUB" area, we take care of supplier connections to EDI. This includes technical onboarding, coordination of EDI and business processes, and setting up the corresponding EDI message types. Support and answering all questions from suppliers and markets in the context of EDI are also part of our daily tasks. We work closely with our internal departments and support our colleagues with all topics in the EDI environment.
