Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for the success of the retail media campaigns (including sponsored product ads) from our partners on mediamarkt.de & saturn.de
  • You derive meaningful insights based on campaign and market data to make our customers successful
  • You manage multiple partner accounts and are responsible for briefing and data-based optimization of campaigns, including reportings
  • You work with in-house reporting dashboards and develop them further with our reporting specialists
  • Preparation of detailed campaign result analyzes for our partners and the development of individual strategies to achieve defined KPIs and long-term advertising goals
  • Meetings with customers (industry partners and agencies) to discuss campaign results, reporting/KPIs but also upcoming campaigns
  • Ensuring the quality of campaign results (CPC, ROAS, Upsell)
  • In close cooperation with the advertising sales team, you will ensure an increase in customer loyalty and satisfaction and identify upselling potential
  • You act as an interface to the international retail media team, especially to the central Operations & Client Success team
  • You support the further development of the Sponsored Ads product range (SponsoredProduct Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads and Sponsored Onsite Display Ads)

Your Profile

  • You have completed a business degree, e.g. with a focus on (trade) marketing or a comparable commercial training with appropriate further training
  • You have several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the area of sponsored ads/retail media (on a retailer, agency or partner site) or in the area of performance marketing or programmatic and data driven advertising
  • Expertise in campaign management and optimization (retail media, SEA, etc.) and good knowledge of ad server, DSP, SSP and analysis systems
  • You are confident in dealing with large amounts of data and complex analyses
  • Independent monitoring of the advertising industry with regard to technical developments
  • You work goal-oriented and very independently on an equal footing with our partners' marketing experts and our international colleagues
  • You are characterized by high quality standards and an eye for detail as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Team player (m/f/d) with quick comprehension and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English skills as well as the MS Office package are a given for you
