Your Tasks
- Support and further development of subscription services and the associated platform
- Optimization of processes
- Processing 2nd level customer & market inquiries relating to subscription products
- Quality assurance and creation of training documents for Customer Care contract service
- Close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and technical service providers
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies or training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
- User knowledge of MS Office and OSvC, as well as SAP an advantage
- Reliability, motivation and a team and service-oriented approach to work
- Good knowledge of English
- Motivation, commitment and a willingness to learn
About Us
The Subscription Services department is responsible for all service products that can be purchased online and in stores throughout Germany on a monthly basis. Our daily tasks also include topics such as business development, support, training and action planning for stores and online.
