Your Tasks

• Strategic Leadership

  o Define and execute the product vision for returns management, aligning with enterprise OKRs and sustainability goals.

  o Own the end-to-end reverse logistics strategy, encompassing returns initiation, processing, refurbishment, and resupply workflows.

  o Drive roadmap planning for a product ecosystem spanning customer-facing interfaces, warehouse systems, and supplier integrations.

• Team & Stakeholder Management

  o Mentor a team of product managers

  o Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders

  o Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units

• Product development

  o Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond

  o Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction

  o Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios

Your Profile

• Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
