Searched is an experienced Senior Product Manager (SPM) to take on the strategic direction and management of complex products for Service Execution. This role is crucial for leading and coordinating projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders in the Value Stream Org of Retain.

  • Strategic responsibility for complex products, including setting the product vision and strategy
  • Making decisions for relevant complex products and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals
  • Providing tactical support for 1-6 quarters, in addition to strategic tasks for 1-3 years
  • Managing complexities arising from the collaboration of many delivery teams and handling complex stakeholders
  • Translating value stream goals into ambitions at the product level
  • Evaluating customer insights generated by product teams, placing them in a broader business context, and leveraging them to inform strategic direction
  • Communicating objectives to Product Managers (PMs) and accompanying high-level roadmap planning for areas covered by the complex product
  • Acting as a span breaker to support Value Stream Owners (VSOs) and ensure effective communication flow
  • End-to-end accountability for activities and deliveries within the complex product
  • Ensuring effective and efficient discovery and delivery processes within the complex product
  • Managing expectations and fostering stakeholder relationships at a senior business level
  • Enabling PMs within own products to make decisions within their area of responsibility
  • Responsible for complex product value creation derived from strategic objectives and making respective decisions to achieve those targets

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in the strategic management of complex products
  • Ability to lead complex projects and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer insights into strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey objectives
  • Experience in managing expectations and fostering stakeholder relationships at a senior business level
  • Very strong communication skills, structured way of working and empathy
  • Very good English and good German skills

As Repairs is one of the most appreciated and desired service by customers we’re going to grow and expand this area on global level.
