Your Tasks

  • Management and development of strategic cross-border seller partnerships across all group markets
  • Definition and implementation of a group-wide approach to seller acquisition, onboarding, and partner management
  • Establishment and continuous optimization of standardized onboarding processes and quality standards
  • Identification and realization of cross-market synergies, best practice sharing, and scalable growth initiatives
  • Development of strategic vendor partnerships and trade marketing initiatives to generate incremental revenue
  • Close collaboration with local marketplace teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and execution across all countries
  • Performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and identification of commercial growth opportunities
  • Central coordination of strategic partner management to enhance seller experience and support overall marketplace growth

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related fiel
  • Several years of experience in Strategic Partner Management, Business Development, Marketplace Management, or Key Account Management within e-commerce or digital marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of marketplace business models, seller acquisition, onboarding, and partner development
  • Experience in international and cross-functional stakeholder management within matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong execution capabilities
  • Fluent English; additional European languages considered an advantage
