Your Tasks

  • Lead the development of the corporate three-year strategic plan, including the overarching strategic narrative and business/ function growth plans, in close alignment with senior leadership and the Executive Committee
  • Own and deliver high-priority strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring clear recommendations and measurable impact
  • Support strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis, executive-level storytelling, and clear articulation of options, trade-offs and implications
  • Drive market and business model analyses, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights where relevant
  • Shape strategic investments, partnerships and M&A opportunities - from screening and business modelling to strategic recommendation and execution support
  • Foster alignment across business units, functions and countries to ensure effective execution against strategic priorities

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related roles 
  • Strong executive storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and prepare board-/ ExCo-level materials
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, and a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; BI/ analytics tools are a plus
  • Strong understanding of business models, value creation, financial logic and competitive dynamics
  • Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects from problem definition to recommendation and execution
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience or strong interest in retail, eCommerce, digital transformation, consumer-facing industries or customer behavior shifts
