Your Tasks
- Definition, proposal, and alignment of the Own Brands assortment for assigned categories in collaboration with country category teams, ensuring relevance to local markets
- Presentation of new products, promotional activities, and assortment modifications to country teams, including oversight of implementation in local assortments
- Monitoring of article sales performance and price positioning, with initiation of corrective measures for result optimization
- Provision and updating of assortment data for demand planning, including regular review and adjustment of demand and order plans across assigned categories and countries
- Analysis of market trends and dynamics through key performance indicators, and evaluation of competitor activities for the development of actionable strategies
- Identification of growth opportunities and assortment gaps to increase Own Brands’ market share, in close cooperation with country teams and Imtron Product Management
- Implementation and management of local license fee structures and distribution models for assigned categories
- Organization, coordination, and follow-up of category and country workshops in collaboration with Imtron Product Management and local teams; representation of Own Brands in internal and external meetings and events
- Support for the setup and rollout of international, category-specific projects within assigned countries
- Establishment and maintenance of strong stakeholder relationships across countries
Your Profile
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within the retail or household electronics (small & major domestic appliances) sector; experience with private labels is a plus
- Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a hands-on approach
- International work experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
