Your Tasks
Your contribution will help us to become the consumer’s first choice for all their telecommunication needs (mobile or broadband) by exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will join our team of telecommunication and digital content experts within the Services & Solutions team and participate in the negotiations with new and existing partners. Together with our local teams in over 10 countries and other internal stakeholders you will ensure our result-oriented goals and strategy can be achieved - ensuring our growing success in this sector.
- Lead and support for selected strategic projects and programs
- Analyze our customer needs and identify new opportunities
- Create business cases
- Setup framework-agreements, accompanied by 360° customer journeys and blueprints
- Launch country pilots - followed by international roll-out
- Work closely with internal departments, external partners and in-country contacts
- Monitor the necessary KPIs continuously
Your Profile
- University degree in economics or equivalent and long-term relevant work experience or comparable knowledge acquired in practice
- Experience in the telecommunication provider market in Germany or other European Countries, experience in telecommunication business models in Retail is appreciated
- Project Management skills as well as commercial and financial understanding
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, persuasiveness as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German as well as business fluent in English
