Your Tasks
- Ownership of the warehouse management system processes for inbound and outbound (store replenishment & end-customer delivery) in live operation, including throughput and process stability
- Identification of optimization and automation opportunities in the existing system and their translation into measurable outcomes: reduction of manual interventions, increase in automation rate, reduction in lead times
- Ownership of the WMS side of the WMS–WCS (Warehouse Control System) integration that drives the site's material-handling automation (conveyor systems, AutoStore), where WMS decisions translate into physical execution
- Roadmap definition and prioritization as part of the Supply Chain Management team, balancing day-to-day operations against mid-term improvements while staying aligned with the longer-term supply chain strategy
- Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog and daily collaboration with the delivery team on user stories, refinements, and planning
- Oversight of dependencies on adjacent systems (e.g., SAP Retail) and of omnichannel interactions between store and end customer
- Tracking of delivery KPIs, assurance of implementation quality, and alignment of stakeholders from operations to management

Your Profile
- Several years of experience as Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Hands-on experience with a warehouse management system in live operation
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound fulfillment processes and their relevant KPIs
- Ability to sharpen business requirements with technical teams and challenge solutions
- Effective stakeholder management across operations and management levels
- Fluency in English; German beneficial (not mandatory)
- Nice to have (not required): Experiece in Direct BlueYonder WMS; Knowledge of SAP Retail interfaces; Experience in highly automated warehouse environments
