Your Tasks

• Management of end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of Trade-In and related products, with alignment of product vision, strategy, and roadmap to business and sustainability goals
• Coordination with internal teams and external technology providers and oversight of product definition, rollout, integrations, and ongoing improvements across markets
• Leadership of international and cross-functional projects and maintenance of strong alignment with the Senior Product Manager, technical departments, and business stakeholders
• Preparation and translation of detailed business requirements into actionable specifications and supervision of implementation through IT and delivery teams
• Provision of transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies and delivery of regular status reports and insights to leadership and project managers to support informed decision-making and delivery accountability
• Transformation of customer and market insights into ongoing product improvements and support for alignment and shared priorities between business and technology teams

Your Profile

• University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
• Several years of relevant experience in managing global projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
• Experience in managing international and cross functional projects and people management 
• Analytical skills, commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
• Project mangement skills
• Decision making, results-oriented
• Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
• Perseverance and performance oriented
• Teamwork
