Your Tasks

  • Ownership of SAP S/4HANA Retail processes for replenishing central and online warehouses serving store and online demand: purchase-to-pay from suppliers, inventory management, stock transfer orders, and material valuation. SAP Retail covers the warehouse layer here, not in-store replenishment
  • Operation and optimization of the live implementation in two countries while leading the rollout that replaces legacy systems in further markets, both on a single roadmap
  • Responsibility for the SAP side of the integration with Relex, where demand and replenishment logic is defined, turning planning output into reliable execution in SAP
  • Assurance of clean and consistent master data integration and organizational master data across warehouses, the basis for correct ordering, valuation, and inventory
  • Definition and prioritization of roadmaps together with S&OP, Category Management, and SCM, balancing day-to-day operations against rollout and mid-term improvements
  • Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog and colllaboration with the delivery team on user stories, refinements, and planning
  • Tracking of delivery KPIs, assurance of implementation quality and stakeholder alignment from operations to management across markets

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience as Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) in a supply chain, logistics, or retail merchandising environment
  • Hands-on experience with replenishment and/or S&OP processes in live operation
  • Solid understanding of merchandising and inventory processes (purchase-to-pay, inventory management, stock transfers) and their relevant KPIs
  • Ability to sharpen business requirements with technical teams and challenge solutions, building and configuring the system sits with the SAP/engineering team
  • Stakeholder management across S&OP, Category Management, and SCM
  • Fluency in English; German beneficial (not mandatory)
  • Mandatory functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Retail or MM processes; no requirement for customizing/configuration expertise
  • Nice to have (not required): Experience with Relex or comparable demand/replenishment planning tools; Experience with international rollouts or template implementations; Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment
