Your Tasks

  • Own the Data & AI partner & program strategy as a derivative of business priorities, setting guardrails for all data-driven initiatives (e.g., policies on data sharing, ethical AI, IP protection)
  • Translate business strategy into a targeted external partner roadmap and innovation portfolio
  • Lead the scouting and assessment of new technologies across academic, start-up, and scale-up ecosystems, identifying high-impact opportunities for our business
  • Define partner engagement models, governance structures, and joint execution plans with key Data & AI players
  • Manage strategic partnerships with major Data & AI partners such as Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI, ensuring alignment to business goals and measurable value creation
  • Negotiate, influence, and co-develop initiatives with senior executives at partner organizations
  • Develop joint innovation programs, proof-of-concept pipelines, and scalable deployment models
  • Maintain and continuously update a curated partner portfolio and technology innovation funnel
  • Actively monitor the global Data & AI landscape for disruptive technologies, competitive moves, and emerging standard
  • Represent MMS in relevant innovation networks, conferences, and partner councils

Your Profile

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or program management, preferably in technology, consulting, or AI-related industries
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-Euro partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong ability to translate business strategies into actionable partner and program roadmaps
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at C-level
  • Deep understanding of Data & AI trends, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology landscapes
  • Familiarity with partner business models, joint go-to-market structures, and co-innovation practices
  • Understanding of retail, e-commerce, or related customer-centric industries preferred
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Curious mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
