Your Tasks

We are looking for an experienced MDM Lead (m/f/d) to drive the end-to-end coordination of Master Data Management across data domains, with a strong focus on harmonizing product master data across markets. This role is key to establishing a single, trusted, and AI-ready product data foundation that improves customer experience and enables scalable agentic commerce and AI solutions.

Lead the evolution of a holistic MDM approach across people, processes, data, and technology, ensuring consistent standards, high data quality, and strong governance. A core success factor is the enrichment and standardization of product data at scale, enabling faster deployment of AI use cases, increased data usability, and seamless collaboration between business and technology functions.

 

  • Leadership and coordination of MDM initiatives across data domains, with establishment of a consistent governance and operating model
  • Global harmonization of product master data through the definition of standards, taxonomies, and data models across markets
  • Enablement and enrichment of product master data to support AI-driven use cases, agentic commerce, and enhanced customer experience
  • Strong promotion and adoption of AI for the creation, classification, and maintenance of product master data
  • Close collaboration with Technology teams for architecture definition and leadership of MDM solution and data flow implementation
  • Stakeholder alignment across Category Management, Digital, Product, and country organizations to ensure adoption of standards and processes
  • End-to-end integration of MDM across people, processes, data, and technology to establish a scalable and future-ready ecosystem

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in Master Data Management, preferably in global environments
  • Deep expertise in product master data, including data modeling, harmonization, and governance
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in data management and automation
  • Experience working closely with IT on system architecture and MDM platform implementation
  • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach and passion for data and AI-driven transformation
