Your Tasks

Trade-in Programs:

• Develop and manage comprehensive trade-in programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to streamline trade-in processes
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve trade-in offerings

Device as a Service (DaaS):

• Lead the design and implementation of DaaS solutions, providing customers with flexible, subscription-based device solution
• Work with product development and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of DaaS offerings
• Develop pricing models, service level agreements, and support structures for DaaS

Green Energy Initiatives:

• Drive the company’s green energy strategy, focusing on renewable energy solutions and sustainability
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote green energy products and services
• Educate and engage customers on the benefits of green energy and sustainable practices

Your Profile

• University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in managing global and cross functional projects, ideally in retail / service environment
• Knowledge of Trade-in Business Models and / or Green Energy Business
• Good understanding of market trends and innovations in the Services & Solutions area
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and results-oriented 
• Self-starter (m/f/d) with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and technology
• Business fluent in English, German would be beneficial

To fulfill this promise, we need to provide customers with innovative sustainable Services and Solutions. This role will be responsible for Trade-in, Device as a Service and Green Engergy strategy development as well as implementation.
