Your Tasks

  • Develop and manage comprehensive AfterSales & Repairs programs

  • Perform strategy in line with market conditions, sustainability and innovation

  • Collaborate with MMSRG countries and external partners

  • Run negotiations with with manufacturers/suppliers to improve the customer experience and commercial conditions for aftersales

  • Process and customer journey management

  • Running/supporting independently strategic projects

  • Advising and supporting the associated companies (stores & online) in all operational issues relating to after-sales service

  • General technical understanding of IT processes

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in retail, with an industrial partner or workshop provider
  • Experience with project management methods (preferably 1-2 years project/management experience)
  • Very strong communication skills, negotiation skills, structured way of working
  • High team spirit, motivation and change drive
  • Thinks in systems, feels comfortable in complex, dynamic environments with high pace of change
  • Strategist; familiar with some core strategy concepts (e.g issue-based problem solving, disruptive innovation strategy)
  • 1-2 years of experience in strategy/VC/consulting/entrepreneurship
  • Business case experience is a plus
  • Studied economics / business / strategy / management / entrepreneurship
  • English C1
  • Industry expertise in service/platform industries is a plus

The Services & Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolio. We lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allow customers to make the most out of their technology.

The Aftersales repairs and refurbish area focuses on restoring defective or used products to optimal working condition, ensuring they meet quality standards for resale or continued use. As Repairs is one of the most appreciated and desired service by customers we’re going to grow and expand this area on global level.
