Your Tasks

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop, lead, and continuously evolve a global cybersecurity awareness and behavior change strategy aligned with the company’s risk landscape, compliance requirements, and business goals
  • Behavior Change Development: Apply behavioral science and change management principles (e.g., Nudge Theory, ADKAR) to drive long-term positive security behaviors and embed security into the organizational culture
  • Awareness Programs: Design and implement engaging security awareness campaigns, training programs, simulations and behavioral interventions
  • Communication & Internal Marketing: Create compelling internal communication campaigns, storytelling, and branded content that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs and success metrics (e.g., phishing click rates, engagement analytics, behavior change indicators), providing regular reports to leadership and using data to refine strategies
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Network Building: Establish and lead a network of Security Champions and local ambassadors, fostering partnerships with HR, Compliance, Legal, and Communications to amplify the program’s reach and relevance

Your Profile

  • A strategic thinker (m/f/d) with the ability to translate cybersecurity risks into relatable, people-focused initiatives
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven, with excellent time management and self-organization skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures with experience in creating reports and KPI-driven tracking
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and communication/collaboration platforms
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Several years of professional experience in leading awareness, behavior change and internal communications programs, in large, preferably international, organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Behavioral Science Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ADKAR, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
  • Deep understanding of human risks, behavioral psychology, and security awareness best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience designing and delivering phishing simulations, training modules, and interactive campaigns
  • Ability to analyze behavioral data and measure effectiveness using KPIs and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, trends, and best practices
  • Proven experience in leading initiatives, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), develop and execute a strategic vision for cybersecurity awareness, education, and behavior change, driving measurable improvements in our human risk posture and transforming concepts into action.
