Your Tasks
- Own and deliver high-profile strategic projects and work streams from conception to execution, ensuring measurable impact. Growth in the health area will be the major task, with potential additional growth areas to be added
- Drive comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses to inform executive decisions, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights
- Evaluate and shape strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities, from screening to integration planning
- Build and present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations for senior executives and the Board
- Oversee governance, performance tracking, and stakeholder management for strategic initiatives across the organization
- Foster alignment across multiple business units, ensuring effective collaboration and execution against strategic priorities
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Several years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, corporate strategy, or related roles in retail or consumer-facing industries
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, digital transformation, and customer behavior shifts
- Expertise in executive storytelling and influencing at Board level
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and project governance; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with BI/analytics tools a plus

- Strategic as well as analytical thinking, with the ability to structure complex, abstract issues and convert them into actionable plans
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to activate resources across the organization for own projects
- Effective stakeholder management, including at executive level
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for platform-based retail innovation
About Us
The Strategy, Innovation & Group Projects team sets the strategic framework for the Group and actively drives key strategy, transformation, and innovation projects across the MediaMarktSaturn Group. Working closely with business functions and national subsidiaries across Europe, the team develops comprehensive plans for implementation.
