Your Tasks
- Driving the commercial and operational performance of AfterSales & Repair operations across multiple international markets
- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of after-sales service models, commercial frameworks and performance standards
- Leadership of negotiations with manufacturers, service providers and business partners on service compensation, warranty handling and operational agreements
- Identification of profitability gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking and performance reviews
- Creation of business cases, financial models and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaboration with local MMS country organizations to enhance cost recovery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Establishment of governance, reporting structures and KPI frameworks to ensure transparency and performance management across all markets
- Coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Technology teams
- Monitoring of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify growth and optimization opportunities
- Support for the implementation of new after-sales service concepts, operational models and commercial partnerships across the organization
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Several years of experience in AfterSales, Service Operations, Commercial Management, Business Development or Account Management
- Industry experience in Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Telecommunications, White Goods, Industrial Services or comparable service-driven sectors
- Proven experience in management of international and cross-functional projects within a matrix organization
- Strong understanding of repair operations, warranty management, service networks and customer service environments
- Experience in commercial negotiations, contract management and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to translate data into business decisions
- Experience in performance management, KPI reporting and business case development
- Ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct reporting lines
- Fluency in English; additional European languages an advantage
- Experience with manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, distributors or retail organizations in an international environment
- Results-oriented, proactive and self-driven
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Adaptability, resilience and change management capabilities
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

The Services & Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolios. They lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allows customers to make the most out of their technology.
The searched role is responsible for driving commercial optimization, operational excellence and profitability across international repair and service operations. The role develops commercial frameworks, leads performance improvement initiatives and supports negotiations with manufacturers and service partners. Working closely with local market organizations, the position focuses on improving cost recovery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while ensuring sustainable growth of the AfterSales business and supporting strategic partnerships with manufacturers and service providers.
