Your Tasks
- Translation of consumer insights into effective activation plans; sizing and prioritization of future growth audiences; definition of brand positioning in a digital environment
- Operation at the intersection of brand, media, creativity, and digital innovation; development of best-in-class briefs; orchestration of digital-first activations from planning to post-evaluation
- Ownership and continuous evolution of global brand and marketing planning; translation of corporate strategy into clear, prioritized global and local plans
- Leadership of global planning cycles (annual planning, activity planning, scenario planning), including governance structures and decision forums; alignment of global and local plans from objectives to channel-level execution within one integrated planning framework
- Development and enhancement of global measurement and KPI frameworks; monitoring, analysis, and reporting of planning KPIs, budgets, and efficiency to ensure transparency and comparability
- Monitoring of marketing and media trends, platforms, and technologies; transformation of insights into tangible pilots and actionable playbooks
- Acting as key interface between global strategy, finance, markets, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Primary sparring partnership for brand experts across 11 countries; co-creation, constructive challenge, and alignment; facilitation of workshops, trade-offs, and senior decision-making forums
- Leadership of cross-functional projects with clearly defined milestones, stakeholders, and measurable outcomes
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in global brand and marketing planning within large corporations or international organizations, including proven digital planning experience
- Excellent structuring skills and synthesis—able to translate corporate strategy into concrete, prioritized marketing and channel plans and anchor them in the organization
- Strong ability to convert consumer and market insights into activation strategies and compelling creative briefs; confident guiding and challenging creative and media agencies
- Sharp business logic and financial mindset around budgets and investments
- Solid understanding of media planning and measurement, especially in digital channels and platforms
- Hands-on as well as analytical—impact-driven with a can-do approach
- Excellent stakeholder management across global, regional and local functions; able to build consensus and manage conflicts
- Strong moderation and facilitation skills also for senior decision rounds
- Structured project management skills with experience in the respective tools and with end-to-end ownership
- Cultural awareness. Experience of working in an International environment
- Tred sensitivity and openness to leverage AI and shape future-leading approaches
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)
