Your Tasks

Deployment, optimization, and support of the demand planning software (Relex) for all relevant business needs. Provision of expert guidance in solution design, implementation, and user adoption as the bridge between technology and business operations. Assurance that the demand planning tool delivers maximum value through enhancement of forecasting accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Collaboration with product owners for the understanding of business requirements and design of demand planning solutions
  • Configuration and execution of the corresponding tickets

Technical Expertise

  • Provision of advanced technical support, troubleshooting of complex system issues, and optimization of tool performance
  • Development of custom reports, analytics, and dashboards to meet specific business goals

Training & Enablement

  • Training of users on system best practices, system functionalities, and data analytics for effective tool utilization
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation, including user guides and training materials

Continuous Improvement

  • Analysis of performance metrics to identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
  • Keeping updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for driving innovation in demand planning practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Acting as a trusted advisor (m/f/d)  for product owners and stakeholders, offering strategic insights on demand planning optimization
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and data science, to ensure alignment
     

Your Profile

  • Master degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or implementing planning tools
  • Proven expertise in tools like Relex (preferred), JDA, SAP Retail, Oracle Demantra, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting models, algorithms, and statistical techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and programming (e.g., SQL) is a plus
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Good communication skills to define technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior solution experts members
