Your Tasks

  • P&L ownership for a triple-digit million sales volume and contribution margin across all Partner Marketing and Retail Sales units, including management and steering of international Sales
  • Continuous improvement of international sales processes, standardization of service levels and sharing of best practices, also including account allocation for efficient market development
  • Budget planning, sales performance and forecast management, including pipeline governance, opportunity quality, KPI definition and performance tracking
  • Implementation and governance of pricing and discount strategies including guardrails, approval flows and deal-desk oversight
  • Optimization of revenue mix across customer groups and channels (direct, agency, programmatic) including portfolio and channel strategies with country alignment
  • Cross-border alignment between country organizations, promotion of knowledge and experience transfer, and building cultural bridges
  • Close collaboration with Go-to-Market, International Partner Sales, Product & Data, Marketing, Client Success & Operations, Finance, and Legal to align Sales strategy with corporate goals and feed the voice of sales into roadmaps
  • Building, developing and leading a high-performing international sales organization, including personnel responsibility, development and succession planning

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, marketing or a comparable field
  • More than 10 years of experience in building, scaling and managing international sales organizations, including several years of experience in managing executives
  • Comprehensive expertise in digital business models, preferably in e-commerce, digital/Retail Media or Commerce Media with an international focus
  • Extensive expertise in development and implementation of go-to-market strategies across channels and customer segments (direct, agency, programmatic, self-services & managed services)
  • Proven P&L ownership and revenue operations excellence (financial steering incl. contribution margin, accurate forecasting, Salesforce pipeline governance, pricing/discount guardrails and yield management)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, international, innovative business environment and motivate as well as inspire teams
  • Negotiation skills and experience in building strategic partnerships
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel for international stakeholder meetings (around 18 short travels per year to MMS countries)
