Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for driving Sales & Go-To-Market activities and sales activations across online and brick-and-mortar channels
  • Steering of overall country sales performance and budget fulfillment, including initiation of corrective actions and progress tracking in close alignment with the Regional Category Manager
  • Representation of Own Brands at country store manager meetings, employee meetings, and events
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with country sales organizations
  • Point of contact for cross-category topics, country-level strategic initiatives, and escalations
  • Expansion of online activation in collaboration with country e-commerce teams and marketing, including steering of implementation and performance tracking (search, retail media, loyalty, cross-selling, bundling, etc.)
  • Acceleration of online sales through continuous commercial input, promotion planning, and idea generation for country e-commerce teams
  • Responsibility for visual merchandising implementation across countries (POS packages for major launches, experience zone guidelines) in close collaboration with Store Concept and Imtron Marketing
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders across countries

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within the retail industry, experience with private labels is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a hands-on approach
  • International work experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
