Your Tasks

  • Oversee the development and optimization of our onsite and instore retail media products
  • Define and prioritize the product strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap
  • Support agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure the timely delivery of features
  • Analyze KPI data to measure success and derive actions for product optimization
  • Create and manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer needs and market demands
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Collaborate with internal departments, product teams, and external partners to understand and implement requirements
  • Ensure a continuous flow of information between stakeholders and development teams

 

Your Profile

  • A degree in business administration, (online) marketing, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the fields of retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising
  • In-depth knowledge of retail media technologies, AdTech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs), and digital advertising formats
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence
  • High level of initiative, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Creativity paired with a keen sense of trends and customer needs in digital marketing
  • Fluent in English, German and additional language skills are a plus
