Your Tasks

  • Provide end-to-end Global Mobility support along the entire employee lifecycle (Local, Local Plus, Assignment, ongoing support, repatriation)
  • Develop and implement policies, frameworks, and solutions for a modern transnational working environment within the whole Group/TopEx and Non-Top-Ex-level (matrix structures, hybrid work models, short- and long-term assignments)
  • Advise employees on complex cross-border employment topics, including compensation, benefits, taxation, and social security
  • Draft and manage assignment-related contracts and documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Prepare and follow up on executive committee resolutions and ensure proper HR implementation of decisions related to mobility and employment
  • Act as an interface between HR Directors, Global Business Centers, and external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, social security authorities)
  • Drive and support succession and talent mobility planning for key executive roles, contributing to global workforce and succession strategies

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources (or equivalent qualification)
  • Relevant professional experience in Global Mobility or HR
  • Experience in concept development and operational execution of global mobility programs
  • Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and external advisors
  • Deep understanding of global mobility practices, including tax, social security, immigration, and labor law aspects
  • Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management capabilities with a hands-on execution mindset
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and service-focused attitude with high integrity and discretion
  • Strong IT proficiency, MS Office applications, SAP HR is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
