Your Tasks
- Architecture and development of autonomous AI agents enhancing customer experience and internal operations across 11 European markets with 50,000+ employees
- Design and implementation of AI solutions using frameworks such as Google ADK or LangChain for customer-facing retail applications and internal business processes
- Collaboration with project and product management for translation of complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and AI-powered solutions
- Development of robust integrations between AI agents and backend systems while ensuring seamless frontend user experiences and system reliability
- Deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform with use of Vertex AI and BigQuery for enterprise-scale operations
- Creation of data analysis workflows for evaluation of agent performance, measurement of business impact, and demonstration of ROI for AI initiatives
- Continuous research of Agentic AI innovations including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to drive ongoing innovation
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency and growing TypeScript capabilities
- Practical experience with major AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and applied knowledge of machine learning fundamentals
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform services, especially Vertex AI and BigQuery, as well as familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong business understanding with ability to link project outcomes to measurable KPIs in enterprise environments
- Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams including project management, product ownership, and business stakeholders in agile contexts
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders; German language skills as an advantage
- Analytical mindset with understanding of retail operations, customer journeys, or e-commerce domains
- Passion for continuous learning and application of emerging technologies for creation of customer value
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving combined with curiosity and innovation orientation
