Your Tasks

• Drive the continuous development and enhancement of the Group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS)
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for compliance-related matters in an international business environment
• Support the implementation, harmonization and optimization of compliance processes, policies, standards, controls and governance frameworks
• Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on compliance risks and controls
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the design, implementation and testing of compliance controls
• Coordinate the assessment, investigation and remediation of reported compliance concerns
• Support the design and execution of compliance awareness, communication and training initiatives
• Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and presentations for senior management and governance bodies

Your Profile

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems (ICS), Governance or a related field, preferably in an international organization
• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, compliance governance and risk & control frameworks
• Experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating compliance controls
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• German and English language skills, both written and spoken
