Your Tasks

• Support of end-to-end execution of strategic AI initiatives across business and technology domains
• Structuring of workstreams, definition of milestones, and contribution to clear delivery roadmaps
• Definition of use cases and requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Preparation of analyses, business cases, and decision materials for senior stakeholders
• Close coordination with Business, AI, Data, Operations, Product, and Platform teams to ensure alignment and execution progress
• Tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across initiatives
• Early identification of implementation challenges and proposal of practical mitigation measures
• Ensuring clarity of scope, documentation, and communication across stakeholders
• Contribution to value tracking, performance measurement, and impact assessment of AI initiatives
• Hands-on application of AI tools for demonstration and development of proof of concepts and minimum viable products, including consideration of scalability toward production-ready solutions
• Support of governance processes and status reporting

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI development, transformation, project management, consulting, or technology driven initiatives
• Experience in AI, ML, data, or digital transformation environments
• Good understanding of Agentic AI, Agentic Commerce, Retail industry dynamics, and customer care use cases
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business implications
• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
