Your Tasks

• You will design and oversee the architectural development (blueprints) and guide the architecture roadmap for our eCommerce platform as part of your responsibilities."
• Ensuring clear data ownership across business domains.
• Collaborating with other architects and spearheading valuable architectural initiatives.
• Alignment with Product Owners for strategic projects.
• Creation and presentation of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
• Engagement in enterprise-level architectural governance, collaborating with key stakeholders like Product, Infrastructure, and Analytics.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in IT, especially in software architecture, including expertise in microservices and other frameworks.
• Experience and knowledge with an eCommerce platform like Salesforce, Magento, Shopify or SAP Commerce etc.
• In-depth experience of design & architecture of following components:
  • Digital platform technologies (PIM, CMS, eCom Engines related to eCommerce Platform)
  • Complex solutions using PaaS / SaaS
• Profound understanding of API concepts, design principles, and patterns (especially REST-based), along with extensive experience in modeling techniques at various levels.
• Experience in international team collaboration and effective communication with senior executives (C-Level), along with strong leadership abilities for expert teams/architects.
• Very good command of English language (both Verbal and Written) and German language skill is a plus
