Your Tasks

  • Support and mentor a team of talented engineers through coaching, and career development planning
  • Create a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and open feedback
  • Proactively identify and help resolve organizational or interpersonal blockers
  • Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and alignment
  • Drive performance cycles, facilitate feedback, and support individual growth journeys
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
  • Manage relationships with providers and contribute to strategic workforce planning
  • Help to shape and support engineering-wide programs
  • Develop and execute talent-retention strategies to maintain high morale and prevent turnover

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally within a product- or platform-focused organization
  • Technical background (e.g. Java, MongoDB, TypeScript, Node.js, React) and hands on mentality
  • Passion for people development, mentoring, and building high-trust environments
  • Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to make an impact
