Your Tasks

  • Analysis of market dynamics, customer needs, performance data, and competitive moves to derive actionable insights and define priorities
  • Identification and shaping of new growth opportunities across the full Services & Solutions portfolio, with strong focus on digital-led and GenAI-enabled business models
  • Development of holistic strategic blueprints for embedding services, contracts, protection, support, and digital lifestyle solutions across the full customer lifecycle
  • Translation of strategic opportunities into business cases, execution-ready roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across international and local teams
  • Establishment of a clear strategic roadmap, measurement of initiative impact, and realization of targeted business outcomes
  • Prioritization and activation of EBIT-accretive initiatives; increase in penetration, attachment, retention, and customer lifetime value; strengthening of digital contribution to service sales and usage across the lifecycle

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in strategy, business development, digital business, category management, or growth roles in a complex commercial environment
  • Solid understanding of retail, services business models, digital ecosystems, and customer lifecycle monetization
  • Strong Enterpreneurial Mindset & Skills
  • Proven ability to build business cases and work with performance data and market analysis
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix organization
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, platform thinking, and GenAI-driven changes in customer interaction models (strong plus)
  • Strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to connect big-picture vision with execution-ready roadmaps and initiatives
  • Critical thinking, structured communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and challenge assumptions
  • Outcome orientation, pragmatism, and ability to move from ambiguity to action
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in venture building, enterpreneurship is a plus
