Your Tasks

• Leading and supervising staff
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and setting departmental goals
• Addressing customer concerns, and working towards improving the overall performance and efficiency of the department
• Operatively control and steer our own accessories assortment
• Research market, competition and trend analysis 
• Prepare measures to continuously improve our sales performance
• Involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and fostering a positive working environment
• Coordinate the accessories assortment with our team, suppliers, our internal marketing, quality and country subsidiaries

Your Profile

• University degree in economics or similar qualification
• Professional work experience in sales, product marketing/product management or category management
• Experience in the retail sector or the electrical industry, ideally with an international focus
• Self-starter (m/f/d), good negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Business fluent in German and English

About Us

Imtron is the division of MediaMarktSaturn responsible for the four own brands ok., KOENIC, ISY and PEAQ. Its key functions are procurement, marketing, product management, sales and logistics.

The Product Management Accessories is responsible for coordinating and directing the international product management and sourcing of MediaMarktSaturn’s own brands in Europe and is the interface between Imtron and our Country Category organizations. It is one of the most important and fast growing pillars of MediaMarktSaturns strategy!
