Your Tasks

  • Leading a global cross-functional team across Customer Experience and Customer Care, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end strategy for technology, AI solutions, and innovation initiatives in both customer experience and care areas
  • Driving project management and ensuring the effective execution of strategic programs
  • Overseeing business analyses and performance insights to guide product and service improvements
  • Managing senior stakeholders and ensuring transparency, collaboration, and communication across business and technology teams

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in CX, Customer Care, or adjacent tech-driven domains
  • Strong strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in AI, technology platforms, and project delivery
  • Deep business understanding in retail, wholesale, or service environments with strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and navigating complex delivery setups
  • Entrepreneurial, impact-driven personality with a passion for innovation and customer value
