Your Tasks
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the department
- Definition, further development, and realignment of the service strategy, considering legal requirements (e.g. Right to Repair, Eco Design), product sustainability, and spare parts management
- Calculation of warranty provisions by product group
- Service process setup and re-alignment by product group and country
- Supervision of Service contracting and related change management by service provider and country
- Supervision of Service related content management
- Steering of 2nd level After Sales matters incl. incident management & operational support
- Service focal point for referring MMS country contacts
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, technical studies or comparable professional training
- Proven disciplinary and functional leadership experience in a manufacturer's or retailer's service environment
- Having fun to lead and work with an international team
- Good understanding of the products in the MediaMarktSaturn range as well as the related after sales implications, procedures and KPIs
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, data driven and reliable towards deadlines
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and Content Management. SAP HANA skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel

We calculate service costs per SKU, manage service providers partners for central and on-site repairs, process service credit notes to the countries and run the spare-parts and accessories business — all to drive customer satisfaction and strengthen trust in our brands while meeting sustainability and cost targets.
